With such grand gestures of affection, it’s not entirely outlandish to entertain the idea that wedding bells might chime for this enamored pair in the not-so-distant future.

However, delving into discussions of matrimony unveils a curious twist in Kelce’s romantic history. It appears that Swift may not have always been Kelce’s envisioned bride. Several years ago, the Chiefs’ tight end found himself confronted with a hypothetical scenario involving Swift, Katy Perry, and Arianna Grande.

In a revealing 2016 interview, Kelce participated in a game of “Kiss, Marry, Kill” featuring these three pop luminaries. His response, which favored Perry as his ideal spouse over Swift, may not sit well with die-hard Swifties.

We obviously have to take this with more than a grain of salt. This video is eight years old, and Kelce was in a much different frame of mind (I think?). He probably hadn’t even met Swift at that point, which means that Taylor had not had the opportunity to sweep him off his feet just yet.
