As if we couldn’t already guess that Jennifer Lopez put in all the work to perfect her role as a sultry stripper named Ramona in the movie “Hustlers,” she’s showing us proof.

On Thursday, Jenny from the Block transformed into Jenny on the Pole when she posted a 13-minute video documenting her journey to “conquering the pole,” and we are not worthy.

The footage shows J.Lo meeting with an absolutely ripped instructor named Joanna, four months before production on the movie began. Together, they prepped the former’s home — specifically, her garage — to tackle the preliminary mechanics of dancing on a pole and making it look hot.

Unsurprisingly, the 50-year-old triple threat learned every move she was taught in a matter of minutes. But because she’s a dancer at heart, she couldn’t wait to start piecing things together and creating a choreography.

The only time we saw Lopez sport anything other than a very focused game face was when she FaceTimed her fiancé, Alex Rodriguez, after her first session with Joanna.

“Baby, I was upside down on the pole today!” she said excitedly. That would be the first of many, many times we would see Jennifer Lopez upside down on a pole.

At one point in the video, we heard J.Lo talk about her co-star, Cardi B, who was a stripper by profession until skyrocketing to fame as a rapper.

“Strippers have lots of time to practice, you know? They’re there every night if they work the club every night, so they start learning little by little. But we have to do a crash course,” Lopez explained. “Cardi was telling me it took her years. Like, she’s great at it, but it took her years to figure out all this stuff, and Joanna’s trying to teach me in a matter of like six weeks.”

Sweaty, tired and covered in bruises, J.Lo continued to work with Joanna until the twosome was ready to take their hard work to the club where they would be filming.

Also unsurprisingly, J.Lo had a heavy hand in the production side of things. She made sure the lighting, camera angles, shots, moves and even her own makeup were all absolute perfection before the big day.

On the day of filming — dressed in a barely-there, silver-sequined one-piece — Lopez looked toward an off-camera producer who had apparently wanted her “more nude.”

“There’s a string up my back,” she said with a disapproving look on her face. And so she stayed in her barely-there, silver-sequined one-piece. It was time for lights, camera and lots of action.
