Miley Cyrus and Elon Musk had never crossed paths before they met on the set of Saturday Night Live. They had not had any prior interactions with one another, nor was there a real basis for them to correspond with one another, given the vastly different circles they keep.

However, since the SNL appearance, it seems that Miley and Elon have gotten pretty chummy, and fans are finding this whole thing to be really strange.

Elon Musk, known for his social media antics, posted a sarcastic, comedic message to Miley Cyrus, and she responded to him with equal effort, making fans cringe at the thought of their bizarre friendship.

Miley Cyrus and Elon Musk seem to have made a real connection during the time that they shared a stage for the taping of Saturday Night Live. Clearly, they’ve exchanged contact and are best buddies right now, much to the dismay of many, many fans.

Recent evidence of their relationship has appeared on Twitter, when Musk jokingly posted a meme that showed his artificial shock as he made the connection between Miley Cyrus and Hannah Montana. He tied this goofy tweet in with a dig at the infamous hackers that had threatened him previously, who go by the name of ‘Anonymous.’ He posted a meme with Cyrus looking as though she were under some sort of cyberattack, and he released the fake news to the world.

The mere fact that Musk and Cyrus are going back and forth on this topic is enough to set fans off completely, and they’re worried about her street cred.

This interaction is weirding out a lot of fans, and they’re quickly taking to social media to advise Miley that talking to Elon Musk with this type of casual banter is going to be social Sᴜɪᴄɪᴅᴇ that could potentially end her career. At one point, Musk called Cyrus “babe” and the whole thing is just too strange for fans to absorb.

Comments on their bizarre Twitter conversation include; “I’m literally willing to pay you to stop talking to this man,” “please don’t make me unfollow,” and “Miley I’m begging you please stop associating with this man.”
