Watch now: Comedian Adam Sandler plays basketball with NBA stars

Actor Adam Sandler, who has been nominated for many Grammys and Golden Globes, recently showed off his basketball skills at a play session with NBA players.

Adam Sandler is a quite famous actor. More interestingly, he also starred in a number of basketball-related movies, notably Uncut Gems (2019) with NBA legend Kevin Garnett or Grown Ups 2.

In addition to being an actor and artistic activist, Sandler is also a basketball player with quite a good skill set, always fooling his opponents with his appearance of an “older uncle”.

Adam Sandler loves basketball and often plays on outdoor courts in his free time

In a video that just appeared on social networks, Adam Sandler showed himself in a brushing session with a series of NBA players such as Trae Young, Jordan Clarkson, Boban Marjarnovic or Tobias Harris.

Far from being out of place, Adam immersed himself in the rhythm of competing with professional players, leaving a strong impression. He also returned the favor with a series of assists before receiving a pass from Trae Young and successfully throwing in a 3-point shot.

Now 54 years old, Adam Sandler is still quite active in the artistic aspect. When he has free time, this friendly actor often walks around parks near his home to find opportunities to play basketball.

Many videos on YouTube show Sandler suddenly appearing at an outdoor soccer field, playing and mingling with the orange ball with the players on the field.

Adam has never looked like an athlete, but he always knows how to surprise viewers, especially with his excellent creating ability.

During a podcast appearance, NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal shared that Adam Sandler is one of the best basketball players in the entertainment world.

“I used to play with him and I have to say he’s really good,” O’Neal said about his co-star in some movies like Grown Ups 2 or Jack and Jill.

“Not at the level of professional or semi-professional, but Adam is capable of playing well at the golf courses or local gyms. His passing ability is crazy and he can shoot 3s.”

In the near future, Adam Sandler will participate in a basketball-related movie called “Hustle”. He plays a former player who is out of time and is a scout, finding his way back to the NBA as new game.
