During the music night “Weekends with Adele” held in Las Vegas, USA, Nguyen Cong Tri was the only Asian designer accompanying the female singer.
Every night, Adele only wears one outfit despite performing many performances, including a series of famous songs loved by the audience.

The designer prepared a sexy, luxurious black dress for the female singer, expressing Adele’s wishes and spirit for the music night.

In this collaboration, the Adele team proactively contacted designer Cong Tri right after his Spring Summer 2023 collection was released.

Adele’s side requested that the dress be inspired by the Spring Summer 2023 collection and fit the singer’s measurements but did not require direct tailoring.

Cong Tri’s crew attached swarovski stones to the dress, simulating the beauty of fireworks glowing in the night sky. After the outfit was completed, Adele scheduled a fitting earlier than expected and decided this was the first outfit she would wear.

Designer Cong Tri loves Adele’s music, so he had a lot of inspiration for the design. He said Adele’s voice and the fireworks were both gorgeous in the night sky but brought a lingering, lingering feeling. He hopes the two sides will have the opportunity to cooperate on many projects in the future.
