Justin Timberlake stepped out for a special performance on Wednesday.

The pop singer, 42, headlined the invite-only opening of Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the latest luxury hospitality addition to the Vegas Strip — and now the tallest occupiable building in all of Nevada. The Grammy winner performed a set of his hits to a crowd of A-list stars including Cher, Tom Brady, Kim Kardashian and Lenny Kravitz.

Jessica Biel was also in attendance and was her husband’s biggest supporter during the set as she applauded, sang along and danced while Timberlake cycled through some of his most-loved songs.

He opened the set with “SexyBack” and went on to sing “Like I Love You,” “Rock Your Body,” “Señorita,” “Suit and Tie” and “Cry Me a River.”

He concluded the show with “Mirrors,” and Biel, 41, was on her feet to celebrate her husband’s performance at the 67-story, $3.7-billion luxury resort and casino.

While Timberlake performed, a crowd of celebrities watched and danced along to some of the pop star’s greatest hits.

Cher, 77, was joined by her boyfriend, Alexander “AE” Edwards, and the two couldn’t keep their hands to themselves as they danced along to the “SexyBack” singer’s performance.

Kardashian, 43, was joined by her sister, Kendall Jenner, at the show, and the two sat beside Ivanka Trump as they watched the concert from their seats. At one point, Kravitz, 59, stopped by the Kardashians stars to say hello, and they all headed out together.

Brady, 46, was also in the audience for Timberlake’s show, as well as Vampire Diaries alums Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder, Nikki Reed, Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul.

After the *NSYNC member took the stage, he and Biel headed to Fontainebleau’s LIV nightclub, where they held court behind the DJ booth and celebrated the successful show late into the night.

Earlier this year John Summit was announced as the first resident DJ of the iconic club. “I was an accountant full-time and so going from that to my dream, which was just to be able to play out of state, to now a Vegas residency [is amazing],” he tells PEOPLE.

Looking back on his journey to Vegas, “I feel like I’m living in a multi-verse,” he adds. Despite his breakneck schedule (in the last few weeks Summit has jetted from Miami to Vegas to L.A. for shows), “I’m having so much fun onstage [that I’m not tired],” he adds. “I’ll sleep on the plane — and I could sleep standing up.”

The luxury hotel also features a 3,800-capacity BleauLive Theater, a 150,000-square-foot casino, a retail district, dining options and more.

It officially opens its doors to the public on Thursday — nearly two decades after the sister property to the iconic Fontainebleau Miami was first announced.

Following Timberlake, the first public concert set to be held at the venue will be a show from Post Malone. The rapper/singer, 28, will perform over New Year’s Eve weekend on Dec. 30 and 31.

The “Mirrors” singer’s Wednesday night show marks only his second live performance of 2023. In November, he played another private event — Baron Capital’s annual Investment Conference, held at the Metropolitan Opera House at Lincoln Center in New York City — per Yahoo! Finance.

Timberlake has maintained a relatively low profile since the release of his ex Britney Spears’ bombshell memoir, The Woman in Me, which includes anecdotes of their relationship that lasted from 1999 to 2002.

Nearly a month after the book hit shelves, the actor/singer made his first major public appearance at the Los Angeles premiere of his film Trolls Band Together in November. At the event, Timberlake walked the red carpet and posed for photos with his wife Jessica Biel, as well as his *NSYNC bandmates Lance Bass, JC Chasez, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick, who have cameos in the film and recorded their first song in years, “Better Place,” for the soundtrack.

Timberlake was photographed for the first time after the release of The Woman in Me when he, Biel, 41, and their family were seen traveling to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for a vacation, which a source told PEOPLE “was planned before Britney’s book came out.”

“The trip was not to escape any attention,” they said. “Jessica and Justin are doing fine. They try to just focus on their family and kids.”

An insider also recently told PEOPLE that the recording artist is “happy at home with Jess and their kids.”

“He’s focusing on new music,” the insider added. “He’s in such a great place.”
