All the landlord really wanna see is the money.

Cardi B and her estranged husband, Offset, are reportedly being sued for allegedly skipping out on bills and trashing their Beverly Hills, Calif., vacation home.

The mansion’s landlord claimed in the suit that the “Clout” collaborators occupied the luxurious home beginning in early 2022 but then left the property in October without giving any notice, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

The owner reportedly claimed in the suit that Cardi — born Belcalis Almánzar — and Offset — whose real name is Kiari Cephus — were behind on rent and utility payments when they abruptly left the estate.

In the suit, the landlord reportedly claimed there was “significant property damage” in the swanky home once the couple vacated, including broken furniture, burn marks on tables and counters, holes in the walls and permanent scratches in the rugs, curtains and tile floors.

The landlord claimed the total costs in damages are estimated to be around $85,000, per the docs.

Page Six has reached out to reps for both Cardi and Offset but did not immediately hear back.

The lawsuit comes on the heels of the couple’s very public relationship drama.

As Page Six previously reported, fans noticed that the “WAP” rapper, 31, and the Migos emcee, 32, unfollowed each other on Instagram earlier this month

A day later, Cardi said she was dropping “dead weight” before ringing in 2024.

“We keep saying every year, ‘New year, new me, new this, new that.’ Bitch, I’m taking that s–t to the f–king heart!” she said on Instagram Live Dec. 4.

“You gotta rid of dead weight and when it comes to dead weight, I’ll say mentality, procrastination, laziness and people,” she added, seemingly holding back tears.

“A lot of people are dead weight, too.”

On Dec. 11, the Grammy winner confirmed that she and Offset had split after more than six years of marriage.

“I don’t care to find out because I’ve been single for a minute now,” she told her followers, referring to rumors that the “Versace” emcee had cheated with reality star Chrisean Rock.

“I just don’t know how to tell the world.”
