Avril Lavigne Hints New Music Could Be Coming Soon: ‘Prepping for Video Shoot’
Avril Lavigne fans are waiting with bated breath after she posted a rare update on Twitter about what’s to come from the singer.
“I can’t wait for September,” she wrote Saturday (Aug. 18). “Chilling this weekend and prepping for my video shoot this week!”
Along with the promising message, she shared a photo of herself with a pretty bouffant hairstyle and pink lipstick to match her oversized pink sweater. A few days ago, she posted another picture, teasing “exciting things coming.”
Lavigne hasn’t released an album since 2013’s self-titled set, Avril Lavigne. But back in April, the Canadian songstress did say a new album would be out this year.
