Before the weekend, Travis Kelce thanked his girlfriend Taylor Swift for her online support. The Kansas City Chiefs star had reached a career milestone.

The 34-year-old tight end made history when he threw for 11,000 yards in the Chiefs’ game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. It was only his 154th game.

Swift, 33, has been the center of attention at four of Kelce’s games so far this season. However, she missed seeing her NFL boyfriend accomplish the feat in person because she finished the South American leg of her Eras Tour in Sao Paulo, Brazil, over the weekend.

Wednesday, the singer was named Spotify’s most-streamed artist of the year. However, she still celebrated her boyfriend’s record-breаking achievement by liking a post from Kansas City that did the same.

The tight end thanked the pop star for her approval on his weekly New Heights podcast with his brother, Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce.

Swift liked an Instagram post dedicated to Kelce following his record-breаking achievement.

‘You may not care about records, but do you know who does?’ Jason said as the brothers discussed the younger Kelce’s latest mark. Taylor Swift has a 92 percent rating! That’s right, she liked the Chiefs’ Instagram post about you breаking the record.’

The New Heights podcast fan base has been dubbed “92 percenters.”

‘Thank you, Tay. Thank you for your support on the Chiefs page. ‘What is your next question?’ Travis, who appeared shy, said.

Jason persisted in questioning his brother, asking, ‘Has she always been a fan of tight end receiving yards?’

‘I’m not certain. That’s an excellent question. ‘Perhaps, I’m not sure if she likes tight ends or not,’ Travis responded.

Travis caught a 27-yard pass in the second quarter of Sunday’s game at Allegiant Stadium, passing the milestone and setting an NFL record in the process.

He is the fastest tight end in history to reach 11,000 career yards, having done so in 154 games, breаking Hall of Famer Tony Gonzalez’ previous record of 191 games, and is the only player in Chiefs history to do so.

Kelce’s historic night was not in vain, as the Chiefs defeated the Raiders 31-17 to rebound from last week’s loss to the Eagles.

Patrick Mahomes threw for 298 yards and two touchdowns, and Isiah Pacheco ran for two more as the visitors earned their first road victory since a win against the Minnesota Vikings on October 8.

By taking a catch against the Raiders and reaching 11,000 yards in 154 games, Kelce became the fastest tight end in NFL history and the only Chiefs player ever to pass the landmarkThe pop star was unable to witness her beau's achievement in person as she was on tour

The hit-maker immediately jetted back to to Kansas City to reunite with the tight end

The hitmaker returned to Kansas City right away to reunite with the tight end.

Kelce, who has risen to prominence in recent months as a result of his romance with pop sensation Swift, only needed 15 yards to reach 11,000 yards entering the game.

He was already fourth all-time in tight end receiving yards and one of only four with more than 10,000.

He is also among the top four tight ends in career receptions and receiving yards, holds the record for most 100-yard receiving games, and is on his way to his eighth 1,000-yard season – no other tight end has more than four.

The Chiefs star has had an incredible year, helping his team win the Suρer Bowl in February.

However, since his romance with Swift became public, he has received more attention off the field than on it.

Swift has been the center of attention at several of Kelce’s Chiefs games this season, cheering on her new boyfriend from the stands three times at Arrowhead, as well as supporting him alongside her celebrity entourage at MetLife Stadium when Kansas City faced the New York Jets.

However, the 12-time Grammy Award winner recently had to put cheerleading duties on hold as she returned to the stage earlier this month for the South American leg of her wildly popular Eras Tour.

Swift wowed the crowds once more with her sold-out shows in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Rio de Janeiro, and Sao Paulo, Brazil.

But, after wrapping up her year on the road, she returned to Kansas City to reunite with her man and has even moved into his $6 million mansion in the suburbs.
