Kings' Keegan Murray's Historic Performance Stuns Steph Curry: 'He Hit What ?'

Kings second-year forward Keegan Murray dominated in Saturday night’s game vs. the Jazz as he went 12-of-13 from the three-point range.

This stat line puts him tied for the third most three-pointers shot in a single game in NBA history. The record is held by Warriors’ Klay Thompson with 14 in a single game.

Warriors’ Stephen Curry, whose personal record is 13 three-pointers in a single contest, was asked about Murray’s performance following the team’s win over the Nets on Saturday night. His initial reaction was shock, followed by interest as he wanted the reporters to pull up the rest of the game.

“He hit what?” Curry said. “Is it still going on? This is dope, is he still at 12? Pull it up.”

It was obvious Curry was proud to see a young player achieve a feat he’s hit before. He even was cheering him on during his postgame press conference as Murray’s game wasn’t over.
