Rapper 50 Cent, real nɑme Curtis James Jackson III, eventually sold his sizable Connecticut house for $2.9 mιllιon. According to its listing company, Douglas Elliman, the residence, which is situated near Farmington, about 80 miles from Greenwich, has more than 50,000 square feet of living space and is one of the few in the state with authorized grounds for landing a helicopter.

According to the listing, the estate is the epitome of “opulence and luxury” and has 19 bedrooms, 25 bathrooms, and an indoor pool.

The facility also features a nightclub, an indoor basketball court, a number of game rooms, a green screen room, a recording studio, a complete gym, a conference room, and a home cinema.

The mansion’s grounds, which cover 17.6 acres, including a pool, grotto, pond, basketball court, guesthouses, and gardens. The residence is situated in, and the sale of the mansion was arranged by Jennifer Leahy of Douglas Elliman.

Selling the property has not been simple. For years, 50 Cent has been working hard to sell the substance. According to the Wall Street Journal, its selling price is 84 percent less than its initial asking price from 12 years ago.

It was advertised on Zillow as being offered for rent for $100,000 a month before it was sold. The Wall Street Journal was informed by a representative for 50 Cent that the rapper’s non-profit, the G-Unity Foundation, would receive the proceeds of the sale of the home.
