MARIAH Carey is the Queen of Christmas thanks to her 1994 smash hit, All I Want For Christmas Is You.

But what about the Prince and Princess of Christmas? Mariah is mum to 12-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe – and they live up to her royalty status every yuletide season.

Affectionately nicknamed by their mum as DemTwins, they are fraternal twins born to Mariah and her ex-husband, comedian Nick Cannon.

The pair were born via C-section on 30 April 2011.

Fast forward 12 years, 54-year-old Mariah treats her pre-teens to personal Santa visits every Christmas, red carpets, appearances on stage and all the latest gadgets.

Having the Queen of Christmas as your mum has to come with some perks.

For the last two years, Moroccan and Monroe have been treated to a personal visit from Santa Claus and his nine reindeers at midnight on Christmas Eve.

The twins are treated to a ride in the sleigh and allowed to feed carrots to Rudolph and his pals.

Other Christmas traditions in Mariah’s household include matching pyjamas, reading books by the fire and, on some years, a Christmas morning skiing session.

The family are normally based in Bel Air, Los Angeles but often celebrate the festive season at the iconic Aspen Snowmass ski resort in Colorado.

Heading to the resort complex, which is also loved by the Kardashian family, means Moroccan and Monroe get to experience snow and cosy festivities at Christmas.

It’s not just festive ski trips that the twins get taken on – Mariah also spoils them to Mediterranean beaches, yacht days and soaking up the different cultures in Europe.

Although Mariah kept locations strictly under wraps, she shared this year that her twins went skiing in January, relaxed on a yacht in March and road tripped around North America for her  Merry Christmas One And All tour.

During her performance in New York, Moroccan and Monroe even joined her on stage to play instruments and sing.

Self-confessed diva Mariah doesn‘t do things in halves.

She reportedly spent £160k on baby supplies in 2009 – two years before her little ones even arrived.

The doting mum treats them to all types of excursions, from horseback riding to personal shopping in Prada.

They’re also red carpet regulars, attending the Billboard Music Awards alongside Mariah last month.

Every April, Moroccan and Monroe have weeks of celebrations to commemorate their birthday – and it’s been like that ever since they were born.

Mariah introduced her children to luxury living on their first birthday by throwing a star-studded black-tie party.

At the glamorous event, the one-year-old babies were given a toy Ferrari, a rocking horse, and a miniature white piano.

Things didn’t slow down either.

For their sixth birthday, Mariah splashed out on three separate cakes for a garden party in their LA mansion, including one with five tiers.

For their twelfth birthday this year, the twins were still celebrating in May.

They had multiple parties, including a dual-themed one for all of their friends complete with separate cakes, separate decorations and a DJ.
