Michael Jordan has a fortune of $1.7 billion, including a lavish real estate collection worth tens of millions of dollars spread across the United States.
Basketball star Michael Jordan currently owns a fortune of $1.7 billion with many luxury real estate, cars, yachts, and helicopters. Along with that, his real estate collection worth tens of millions of dollars is equally admirable. Photo: AP
Jordan bought a house in Jupiter, Florida, on a golf course for $4.8 million in 2013 and spent $7.6 million renovating it. Jordan currently lives at this address.
The house has a structure with 18 separate roofs separating the internal “buildings” and is surrounded by a forest. In total, the villa has 11 bedrooms, including 6 rooms on the second floor, a 2-story attic, basketball practice room, modern media room and cigar room. Photo: The Agency
Before moving to Florida, Michael Jordan lived in an iconic mansion in Chicago for nearly 19 years. The house is located in a suburb called Highland Park, measuring 5,200 square meters, located on a 28,300 square meter strip of land.
The home has 9 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms and a basketball court. The property also has an infinity pool, golf and tennis courts, and several outdoor spaces.
Additionally, the property features a media room, bar, cigar room and card table.
Accordingly, Michael Jordan’s huge real estate of more than 5,200 square meters was offered for sale in 2012 for $29 million, with all sorts of “sweet” deals like halving the price to $14.9 million or even even donated a collection of Air Jordans to the new owner, but until now the house is still only on the transaction waiting list. Jordan has another smaller property for sale in Park City, Utah. The 929 square meter house has been on the market since 2019 for $7.5 million. The home has 5 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with breathtaking views of the Wasatch Mountains. Other amenities include an infinity pool, a fully equipped gym, a private theater with stadium-style seating, a cascading waterfall, a fireplace and a golf room. Photo: Highsnobiety
Jordan has a lakeside home in Cornelius, North Carolina that he purchased for $2.8 million in 2013. The home has six bedrooms and is located on the Penrsh golf course, a luxury country club. The house itself spans over 1,100 square meters with an outdoor swimming pool and a private dock connecting to the lake. Photo: Business Insider
Jordan has another property located on N. Tyron Street in downtown Charlotte. That is the entire 7th floor of the luxurious Trust Condos building of about 650 m2. The building is modernly designed and renovated with Japanese architectural elements. The building’s rooftop terrace has a glass roof for sunbathing and 360-degree views of the city. Photo: Highrises
