All good things must come to an end. This was exactly the case for Taylor Swift on Sunday night as she bid farewell to the “Eras Tour” after a historic near-two-year run. Sunday’s show marked the final performance for the “Fortnight” singer after touring across five continents.

Swift performed at the BC Center in front of a capacity Vancouver crowd, and unsurprisingly, the 34-year-old could not help but get emotional toward the latter part of the show.

After Swift finished performing her song “champagne problems,” the fans treated the multi-Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter to an incredible surprise. The crowd started singing “Happy Birthday” for Swift, who will be marking her 35th birthday on Friday, Dec. 13.

Swift nearly broke down in tears as she listened to the crowd serenade her in what turned out to be one of the most endearing “Eras Tour” moments.

Swift then got up to soak the moment in as her fans continued cheering at the top of their lungs.

Swift fought back the tears as she received the love from her supporters one final time on the “Eras Tour.”

More than a thousand miles away from Swift on Sunday was her boyfriend Travis Kelce, who suited up for the Kansas City Chiefs for their game against the Los Angeles Chargers at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium.

As much as he may have wanted to, Kelce could not be with his girlfriend for Sunday’s show. He made up for it by making history himself as the 35-year-old became the fastest tight end in NFL history to reach 12,000 receiving yards in his career (172 games).

Kelce would have loved to share this incredible moment with Swift, but his work commitments prevented him from doing so. However, with the “Eras Tour” now officially over, the couple will be able to spend some much-needed quality time together in the coming months.
