Papaya sap (also known as papaya latex) has many uses in folk medicine and in industry thanks to its special enzyme composition, especially papain . Here are some of the main uses:

🌿 HOW TO USE PAPAYA LACTIC IN DETAIL ACCORDING TO EACH USE
1. ✅ Meat tenderizer – Papain enzyme in plastic
Making:
Take fresh papaya latex (about 1-2 drops), mix with a little water.
Use this mixture to marinate the meat for about 15–30 minutes before cooking.
Then rinse again to remove the smell and bitter taste.
👉 Note: Do not use too much, because the plastic will make the meat mushy.
2. ✅ Treat warts and calluses
Use:
Clean the affected area.
Use a cotton swab to apply a drop of fresh resin (opaque white) to the exact area that needs treatment.
Let dry naturally, do 1-2 times/day.
Maintain for 5–7 days or until the wart falls off.
👉 Note:
Do not let the sap spread to healthy skin as it may cause blistering.
May cause mild stinging, if too stinging then stop.
3. ✅ Deworming (folk remedies)
Prescription:
Mix 5–7 drops of fresh papaya latex with 1 teaspoon of honey.
Take in the morning on an empty stomach .
Then about 2 hours later drink a glass of warm water mixed with a little diluted salt to expel worms.
👉 Should only be used for 1-2 consecutive days , do not abuse. ⚠️ People with stomach problems or children, pregnant women should NOT use.
4. ✅ Digestive support (prepared form, no fresh resin)
Papain enzyme extracted from papaya latex is often made into capsules or digestive powder .
Do not drink fresh latex directly because it can easily cause ulcers or gastritis.
If you want to use it, you should choose a pre-made product (bought at a pharmacy or health food store).
5. ✅ Mild anti-inflammatory, antiseptic
How to use (doing it yourself is not recommended):
Dilute papaya latex with water (1:10).
Use a cotton swab to gently dab on small wounds and mild infections.
Can be applied once daily, but discontinue if skin irritation occurs.
