Donna Kelce has a big fan club!

On the heels of her Glamour’s 2024 Women of the Year cover, the mom of two talked to PEOPLE about the support she got from her sons Travis and Jason Kelce — and Travis’ girlfriend Taylor Swift — for her model moment.

Speaking at Glamour’s 2024 Women of the Year event held at The Times Square EDITION in New York City on Tuesday, Oct. 8, Donna, 71, told PEOPLE that her sons “didn’t know until the cover came out ‘cause I wasn’t allowed to tell them.

“But basically they’re very happy with anything and they support me in whatever I do, so they’re just like, ‘Mommy! Wow!,’ ” she added, saying the honor was a “shock for me, too.”

When asked if Swift, 34, complimented her on the honor, Donna said, “Yes. She’s very, very supportive of me also.”

And the next morning, Travis, 35, and Jason, 36, gave their mom a special shoutout on their podcast New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, celebrating the “impressive” honor for Donna.

“Happy as hell for you, mama,” Travis said on the show. “This is cool, and you looked absolutely amazing, mom.”

Donna shared the cover with Beyoncé and Solange’s mom Tina Knowles, 70; Billie Eilish and Finneas’ mom Maggie Baird, 65; and Selena Gomez and Gracie Teefey’s mom Mandy Teefey, 48.

“She’s in good company,” Jason, 36, said of the lineup of celebrity mothers who opened up to Glamour about raising their superstar offspring.

“Shout out to all the other mothers that are women of the year,” Travis chimed in. “It’s impressive that Mama Kelce has made it to the top.”

“I mean, those are top tier moms right there,” the Chiefs star added.

The brothers took a moment to discuss Donna’s interview with Glamour, where she said that motherhood was “probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life.”

“It’s so much easier to just go to work, but raising children, when they’re totally dependent on you and you’re trying to do the best you can with the limited resources that you have, it’s the most daunting task I’ve ever had to do,” Donna said in the issue.
Travis said that Donna “made it look easy” to be the best mom to her sons. “I’m sorry if we made it harder on you,” Travis continued, joking, “because I’m sure Jason did, I know I didn’t.”
