We’re pretty sure Jason Kelce would play football in flip-flops if he could.

There is one unquestionable certainty in this world: if Jason Kelce is in his flip-flops, everything will be all right.

The Eagles center has made waves this winter with his penchant for the casual footwear, rolling up to another game in sweats and sandals when the rest of his team was decked out in suits, not to mention when he showed up to his own television premiere in sweats and flip-flops because he didn’t pack any jeans for himself.

Suffice it to say, if he’s got his flip-flops on, the weather can’t be looking too bad.

Ahead of the Sunday, Jan. 7 game against the Giants, the team’s social media manager uploaded another cheeky video on TikTok, showing some of the players trudging to the bus on the slick pavement as snow flurried around them.

It was quickly followed by a shot of Kelce walking solo around the back of the bus, his nearly bare feet clad in a pair of his staple shoes, despite the gloomy weather. “And since we know ya’ll are gonna ask: Yes, Jason wore flip flops in the snow,” the text concluded.

“The flip flops are flip flopping,” they joked in the caption.

Fans couldn’t help but to laugh at the NFL star over his commitment to the bit, with one writing, “it’s literally jason and his flip flops against the world.”

“Jason and his emotional support flippies,” someone else wrote, while another called the relationship “10/10.”

“Y didn’t Jason bring shoes for Jason?” another questioned, referencing the jeans incident when brother Travis Kelce asked him, “Why didn’t Jason bring jeans for Jason?” rather than relying on wife Kylie Kelce to drop them off and hoping she didn’t get caught up (she did).

“You just know his mama always said he couldn’t wear flip flops everywhere and he said Watch me,” someone else imagined.

It’s a little bit of payback we can certainly see as reality, though, more likely, the man just really loves his flip-flops.
