Jake Paul is the new owner of a $16 million living space, having purchased a mansion in Puerto Rico.

Paul, a YouTuber who’s gone on to carve out a career in boxing, now has a reported net worth of $40 million thanks to earnings from his pay-per-view fights, YouTube, and acting, among other things.

The 26-year-old recently bought the aforementioned property from former MLB star Yadier Molina and has taken to YouTube to give his fans an inside look. Paul has also promised to return to the platform on a more consistent basis and post content every Wednesday.

As for the mansion, it boasts over 12,000 square feet of living space, as well as 12 bathrooms, a gym, a six-car garage, two bars, a luxury swimming pool, a gym, and an elevator. He also has televisions all over the property.

TMZ broke the news of the boxer purchasing the mansion last week, noting that Molina’s reasons for putting it up for sale were unknown. It was listed for $20 million, however, Paul was able to knock $4 million off the price.

Paul’s brother Logan also lives in Puerto Rico, with both of them developing a liking for the Caribbean island during their boxing training camps as they were able to train there without distractions.
