And although she has managed to mask herself and her loved ones from the negative and unwanted attention, there are times when the news just slips out, which can cause a stir. One of the recent examples of this is the dating rumors with Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet.

After a barrage of reports and online speculations started to flow in from all directions, everyone was wondering whether it was true that the Atomic Blonde star was in a relationship with Stonestreet as they were seen together once before.

And while most thought it to be true, the actor himself hopped on his Twitter handle and tweeted out that it was not the case, while also jokingly interjecting that all of the false press was upsetting Halle Berry, who is engaged to Olivier Martinez. He said:

“She was so cold to me this morning when she saw these rumours. It was just quiet – knife and fork on the plate. Halle and I weren’t speaking at all. And I’m like, ‘Halle, listen! It’s just a rumour. It’s not real!’ “

These rumors started to come in after recent reports emerged which suggested that the Bad Teacher star had recently split from his long-time girlfriend Katherine Tokarz.
