The reality regular-turned-model, 22, has made money on the sale after pouring her earnings into buying the flat three years ago.

She was just 19 when she snapped up the lavish pad, which boasts two bedrooms and three bathrooms and stunning city views, for around £96,000.

She topped the Forbes list for the first time after almost doubling her income, knocking Gisele Bundchen off the top spot for the first time since 2002.
