Cardi B showed off a fresh new look as she headed out shopping in Los Angeles on Friday, with the “WAP” singer rocking a pixie haircut amid the news that she’s broken up with her husband, Offset.

The 31-year-old rapper sported a sleek, short new ‘do with bangs as she strolled down the street in a pair of baggy Y/Project denim pantaboots before she confirmed her split in an Instagram Live Sunday night.

Cardi B paired her two-toned bottoms with a flannel shirt that featured two different colored fabrics and cold-shoulder detail, carrying what appears to be the same tan Birkin bag Offset, 31, gave her as a birthday present in October as she strutted down the street.

And while the Migos member went above and beyond to honor Cardi’s big day, gifting her two other pricey Birkins in addition to the beige-hued style, it seems their relationship quickly went south after the celebrations.

On Sunday, the singer told her Instagram followers that she’s “been single for a minute now” amid cheating allegations surrounding her husband.

The pair — who married in 2017 — unfollowed each other on Instagram in early December, with the “Bodak Yellow” singer writing on her Story at the time, “You know when you just out grow [sic] relationships. I’m tired of protecting peoples [sic] feelings…I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST.”

Cardi B – who recently walked her first runway in Balenciaga’s Los Angeles show — shared that she didn’t “care to find out” whether Offset cheated on her with rapper Chrisean Rock, stating, “I want to start 2024 fresh, open.”

“I’m curious for a new life, a new beginning. I’m excited,” she continued.

It seems like this new cut is the first step to her reinvention.
