Cardi B is an open book about all aspects of her life including her plastic surgery journey.

As much as the “Up” artist has been honest about the cosmetic procedures she’s undergone, the New York native has been just as ​honest about her regrets.

In December 2022, Cardi revealed during an Instagram Live that she got most of her biopolymers – also known as butt injections – removed.

The Hustlers star shared that she got 95 percent of her biopolymers surgically taken out in August, describing it as a “crazy process.”

“All I’m going to say is that if you’re young, if you’re 19, 20, 21, and sometimes you’re too skinny, and you be like ‘OMG I don’t have enough fat to put in my a–,’ so you result to a– shots, DON’T!” she warned.

2016
Cardi B made her reality TV debut on Love and Hip Hop: New York in 2015. She appeared on season 6 and season 7 before ultimately moving on to bigger and better things.

2017
In April 2018, Cardi B announced she and husband Offset were expecting their first child together. Kulture was later born on July 10 that year.

2018
Following her pregnancy, Cardi B revealed her plans to go under the knife. “I still got, like, a lot of love handles right here. They’re not much, but it’s, like, you know, I’m used to having, like, a real tight stomach. So this extra skin is like, ‘Where the f–k did you came from?!’” she told fans in an August 2018 Instagram Live.

“But it’s like, I might just get a little lipo. Because I mean, I feel like I can work out and my stomach will be back how it used to be. But I really don’t have time to work out. I never been the type to work out. I never stepped a foot in the gym.”

2019
In May 2019, Cardi B said she went through with the liposuction procedure.

“I have some news for y’all. I should have canceled today,” Cardi told concertgoers at the Beale Street Music Festival in Memphis, Tennessee, on May 4, according to several outlets. “I shouldn’t really be performing because moving too much is gonna f–k up my lipo. But bitch, I’m still gonna get my motherf—ing money back, let’s go!”

Moreover, Cardi got a second breast augmentation. “I just got my boobs redone. I feel good, but then sometimes I feel like not, you know? [When] your skin is stretched out,” she told Entertainment Tonight at the time.

Cardi cautioned young adults to think twice before turning to plastic surgery. The musician got 90 percent of her biopolymers surgically removed in August 2022.

“When it comes to BBLs, if y’all want advice from me, before you get your BBL done you have to make sure your blood levels are alright,” Cardi warned in a December 2022 Instagram Live. “If a doctor says your blood levels are too low or you have diabetes or whatever, don’t do it.”
