Beyoncé is bringing her latest world tour to the big screen.
Opening in theaters on Friday, “Renaissance: A Film By Beyoncé” arrives a month after Taylor Swift’s “The Eras Tour” broke the box office record for a concert film in opening weekend , grossed nearly $100 million in North America.
Beyoncé, like Swift, reached a deal with AMC to self-finance the film, in return receiving more than half of the money from ticket sales.

Here’s a summary of how Beyoncé makes her money and how she spends it.
