According to Forbes magazine’s latest estimates, the 42-year-old star’s music catalog is said to be worth $300 million.

The remaining net worth comes from the combination of Beyoncé’s personal assets with husband Jay-Z and business shares in Parkwood Entertainment.

The couple’s real estate portfolio is worth about $320 million, including a mansion in Malibu worth $200 million. This is also considered the most expensive house in California history.
