Dwayne Johnson recently appeared on the JRE (Joe Rogan Experience) episode 2063. The former WWE superstar made his first appearance on the podcast. In this episode both the Hollywood star and commentator discussed an important subject of this decade: social media toxicity. Over this, Johnson said:
“There’s so much f*cking noise, so much bullsh*t, so much toxicity. So, it’s just out there all the time and you’re right. It’s that kind of balancing and training gives you the leg up to swap the bullshi* away.”
Rogan continued,

“The bullsh*t today is fascinating because it’s social media bullsh*t, it’s a different bullsh*t than people have ever experienced in all of human history. These people that you don’t know chiming in about everything. The good part of that is there’s a sharing of ideas, and there’s a way of communicating that never existed before, and people learning so much more about things than ever before. Social media allows people to break news stories long before mainstream media. It allows people to tell you about fascinating stories that maybe you would have never heard of.”

Even though Johnson regularly faces online toxicity, he has some amazing self-healing strategies to overcome it.
