Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck bought a $86.7 M. Hollywood Hills mansion. commencing cycle two of their romance.

Despite appearing to rush into things, the pair has been romantically involved for about a year. March 2021 saw Bennifer 2.0’s first stylish appearance.

Since their 2004 divorce, there have been rumors of a second engagement, but nothing has been confirmed. Given their public support on the red carpet and social media, Lopez won’t be hesitant about showing off a ring on her left hand.

Hedge financier Todd Lemkin and his wife Kasey bought the 1,850 sqm house in 2016 for $US37.3 M and renovated it “full-scale that likely cost many milion.” Realtor.com calls the main suite the “ultimate retreat” with a sitting area, two showers, and wardrobes.

The mansion has multiple living areas, a wine cellar, fire pits, an infinity pool, and a home theater—perfect for the two Hollywood stars.

The 1.1-acre Bellagio Estate overlooks the Bel Air Country Club golf course and the city.

Entertainment Tonight reports that the couple intends to customize the residence to suit their tastes and their large blended family, despite its modern amenities.

Jennifer Garner gave Affleck three children, while Marc Anthony gave Lopez two.

They’re excited to make the house theirs and live together. A source told the magazine that they will decorate it together and make any improvements together.
