THE Strictly winners Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola looked back on their time on the show during an in-depth chat on Instagram live.

Since then, the pair have sat down with their followers over Instagram live and chatted about their sparkling stint on the show.

However, one viewer sparked laughter from the duo as they asked if there was an embarrassing moments between them.

They then went on to explain a very embarrassing moment as they prepared backstage.

Detailing her embarrassment, Ellie admitted that during the final week, the dance partners were suffering from bad colds.

Leaving them both sniffling and struggling to stay focused.

Failing to control a smirk, the actress detailed: “In the final week we were quite ill, we both had cold, we were both bunged up.

“In the show dance there was lots of twists and turns and when I turned, I snotted all over me.”

She went on to explain that Vito became frustrated with her lack of focus and how she had to therefore confess that she had “snot all over” herself and that was why she kept getting the dance wrong.

Much to Vito’s amusement, who chuckled as she relayed the disgusting story.

Meanwhile, fans of the winners took to the comments to gush over them, with one praising: “Cutest couple ever (if not now, in the future!)X”

The pair have had viewers gripped to their screens through-ought the series, as many guessed they were in a secret relationship due to their obvious chemistry.

Ellie broke her silence on the relationship rumours as she and Vito sat down with This Morning’s Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle on Tuesday.

Josie asked: “We’ve seen you on that dancefloor and it was so beautiful to watch. Is there any romance between you guys?”

Ellie laughed and replied: “Honestly, we’ve just been having the most amazing time dancing and we’ve built a really strong bond and a friendship that will last forever.”

Vito also echoed: “We have a really beautiful bond, a good bond. When you see a person and you connect with a person straight away.

“I’m a very first impression and when we met, we had that feeling that we knew each other for so long. I’m so so lucky to have you in my life.”
