But before the ceremony takes place, Margot and Barry let their hair down at the magazine bash alongside a host of stars, including Willem Dafoe.

During the evening, Margot looked typically flawless in her thigh-skimming dress, which she teamed with a pair of chic heels and a black and gold clutch bag.

Margot wore her signature blonde tresses in a loose wave and enhanced her naturally pretty features with a slick of make-up.

Meanwhile, Barry teased his muscular physique in a semi-sheer black shirt, which eh wore with black trousers and gold accessories.

The party comes soon after Margot addressed the bath scene in Saltburn, which is one of a few moments in the film which has left viewers reeling.

In the shocking scene, Oliver can be seen slurping the bath water after his friend Felix had masterbated while having a soak in the tub.

The film follows Oxford University scholar Oliver, who is struggling to fit in with his plummy pals who have all been brought up with a silver spoon.

Oliver strikes up a friendship and infatuation with toff Felix, who invites him to his family’s estate, Saltburn, for the summer.

However during one particularly lustful moment, Oliver tries to get to know his pal on a much more intimate level.

But while many were shocked by the graphic scene, Margot admitted she didn’t feel remotely shocked by the turn of events in the film.

She said: ‘It didn’t feel that shocking in the script, because Emerald [Fennell] immerses you into a world so quickly. She’s so masterful at tone and plot…

‘She gets you into it so quickly — you’re just immediately like, ‘I’m in this world.’ So by the time you get to something like the bathtub scene, she’s primed you for it.

Margot praised the way that Emerald manages to ‘get into the brains’ of her audience and claimed that the scene is a ‘watercooler moment’ that would get fans talking.

In an interview with Stream Wars, Jacob also shared his thoughts on the controversial scene, heaping praise on Emerald for the idea.

He said: ‘I was just really excited when I read that scene, because… you don’t really see things like that in sort of mainstream movies… a lot of the time.

‘So it’s just great that [Fennell] was allowed to kind of push those boundaries and expose people like that.’

The Euphoria star admitted he’s been avoiding other people’s reactions to the film, but did get a sense of viewers’ opinions of the bathtub scene in a movie screening.

‘I haven’t really heard too many because I try to hide away from it,’ he explained.

‘But I went to a screening of the picture in Brisbane when it sort of first played and it was unbelievable because everybody was engaged and sort of gasping at the screen and yelling at the screen and everything like that.

‘And I haven’t been in a movie like that in a really really long time. So, I haven’t heard any of the really — I mean, I hope there’s no terrible stories, but yeah.’
