And it looks like the meal does have a portion of everything – carbs, protein, fiber, and more. Ayesha has to be extra careful when getting her husband’s meal ready.

The Warriors star is averaging 33.5 minutes per game this season. With the way things have been in the team, Chef Curry has pulled more than his fair share of weight. Without proper nutrition foremost, none of this would have been possible.

It would be pointless to compare an athlete’s lifestyle to a regular person’s. The performance that someone like Stephen Curry puts up means that their body is shaped to withstand challenging situations. As such, it also demands a more balanced, nutritious, and carb-heavy menu.

To cite an example, in an interview that Curry had given in November, he revealed that his dietary strategy on game day included targeting a calorie intake of 3000. This included vegetables, chicken, salmon, pasta, and rice. We all know his pre-game ritual of eating pasta. Interestingly, even Chef Curry’s higher-than-average calorie intake is still 600 cal less than an average American.

Just goes to show his dedication to staying fit. Being true to his goals has been nothing short of satisfying. Stephen Curry is easily one of the fittest NBA players out there today!
