Maya Jama has admitted she is feeling the pressure to up her racy Love Island outfits for the upcoming All Stars series.

The show, set to launch on January 15, will see former islanders head to South Africa in a bid to find love for the second time.

And according to show insiders, producers have switched up the format for the launch with 12 reality stars set to arrive at the villa instead of the usual 10.

Maya, 29, appeared on This Morning on Friday where she told hosts Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary all about hosting the ITV2 dating show and what is in store.

The television presenter, who has made waves with her sexy and eye-catching wardrobe since she took over as host from Laura Whitmore in 2022, admitted there is pressure for her to wear more show-stopping looks.

Alison, 48, told Maya: ‘We have a What’s App group and all we ever talk about is your outfits. They have become an event. Do you get a bit nervous about the next series, you have to top each one don’t you?’

Maya replied: ‘It’s a bit of pressure, for my stylist mainly. We did a fitting yesterday and it went well. Everyone has their own tastes. But I need to dress to make myself feel good.’

For the teaser, Maya was helped into a figure-hugging red dress with a plunging neckline and high leg split.

But the presenter opted for a less revealing look for the daytime show as she rocked a black jumpsuit and Louboutin heels.

She said of the becoming Love Island host: ‘I didn’t expect to get emotionally involved with the islanders you get your own connections and you get your heart broken when they get theirs’s broken. I got some friends from last year.’

It comes as bosses are reportedly set to bring in 12 ex contestants instead of the usual 10.

A source told The Sun: It’s a bumper line up for the show – fans will need to tune in as there are loads of show favourites in there.

‘ITV are throwing everything at the series and everyone’s saying it’s going to be a massive hit.’

MailOnline has contacted ITV for comment.

As the couples explore their connections and attempt to win the hearts of each other and the nation, only one pair will be crowned the winners of Love Island: All Stars 2024.

The lineup is yet to be announced although Love Island 2019 contestant Ovie Soko, Paige Thorne from the 2022 series, and Georgia Steel, who found fame on the 2018 season, are all reportedly taking part.

And their experience as former Islanders will hopefully give their chance at finding a relationship a boost because they already know their turn ons, icks, and who they want to be whispering sweet nothings to in the Hideaway.
