This home may be more accessible to admirers with deep pockets than Taylor Swift concert tickets.

The townhouse in Manhattan that inspired the pop star’s “Cornelia Street” song has been listed for sale.

According to StreetEasy, the former carriage house on the track-worthy Cornelia Street was listed for $17.99 million one week ago.

Previously, the property sought only renters and not purchasers. It was listed for rent at $45,000 per month late last year and is still available at that rate.

This is only $500 more than the price of two secondhand tickets to Swift’s current Eras tour.

The listing is held by Laurence Carty, Irene Lo, and Jennifer Rahilly of the Corcoran Group.

Swift, 33, resided in the West Village residence in 2016 as she awaited the conclusion of renovations at her Tribeca residence.

There, at her permanent residence, she has spent approximately $47.7 million constructing a palatial portion of Franklin Street, primarily in the block’s historic Sugar Loaf Building, where she now has a duplex penthouse and half of the second story.

And that’s just the beginning of the real estate profile of the “Blank Space” icon: The singer has approximately $80 million value of property across the United States.

Back on Cornelia Street, the 153-year-old residence retains its classic brick exterior, but the interior has been completely modernised.
