Hannah, 49, nailed the essence of royal glamour as she exhibited her curves in a bejewelled figure-hugging gown.
They were joined by the likes of Zara Larsson, McFly, and Lang Lang who performed with blind 13-year-old Lucy Illingworth, from Channel 4 talent contest The Piano.

Cher topped off her punky look by layering a white shirt underneath her top and accessorising with fingerless leather gloves. She added a studded choker with a disco ball charm and styled her long dark hair into waves. Hannah looked nothing short of sensational with a silk gold tie draped around her stunning ensemble, while she kept her platinum locks elegantly combed back. She has become even more of a national treasure after hosting the UK-based Eurovision song contest earlier this year. Belting out some of her hit songs, Zara, 25, wore a glitzy crop top, matching mini skirt and knee-high boots. Elsewhere, Mel C rocked the red carpet as she led the star-studded arrivals at the Royal Albert Hall on Thursday evening. The Spice Girl, 49, looked as chic as ever as she flashed her blue bra under a statement white suit as she was among the first to take to the red carpet. She was joined on the red carpet by the likes of actress Hannah and Never Gonna Give You Up singer Rick Astley, 57, who looked typically dashing in a black suit.

This year, the event is being held at the Royal Albert Hall and, as always, is in aid of the Royal Variety charity. As well as its famous royal attendees, the event was also host to a plethora of celebrities and well-known faces. Mel, full name Mel Chisholm, attended the event alongside theatre pal Ben Forster. She looked ever the sporty spice, as she gave a glimpse of her toned abs underneath the iconic ensemble. Mel was very glammed up for her evening out, with her chestnut locks styled into loose waves, while adding a hint of red nail polish. The royals themselves brushed off the fallout from a ‘race row’ reignited by journalist Omid Scobie as they beamed upon arrival at the event. Kate, 41, paired her stunning gown with an equally dazzling smile as she stepped out in Kensington, showing no sign of anguish after a turbulent week for the royal family following the release of a bombshell book.

The royal couple beamed as they stepped out of the car and onto the red carpet ahead of a night of entertainment
Amid the controversy, the Princess of Wales maintained a ‘business as usual’ attitude as she attended the annual event with Prince William and their guests, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden. Kate’s stunning teal floor-length gown featured flared sleeves and was paired with diamond jewellery. She wore her thick brunette locks in curls. Meanwhile Prince William looked sharp in a black tuxedo, and he acted as the perfect gentleman as he held out his hand for his wife as they took to the red carpet. The British royals will no doubt be hoping an evening of entertainment at the Royal Albert Hall will distract from an awkward week after the 2021 controversy resurfaced.
