KIM Kardashian has left fans shocked with her shrinking nose in new unedited photos.

The Kardashians star, 43, has denied having plastic surgery in the past, insisting she’s only ever had Botox.

However, Kim sparked rumors she’d had a nose job while leaving a plastic surgeon’s office in Los Angeles, California earlier this week.

The mother of four went makeup-free and tried to cover up with huge black sunglasses and hooded sweats.

In photos circulated from her outing, critics claimed her nose looked smaller than usual.

One wrote on Reddit: “She has gone way too far, there’s no coming back from this in my opinion.

“These photos really show how awfully small her nose is now and her face is so un-harmonious.”

Another added, “She has no nose anymore how is it not falling off,” and a third asked: “Where’d it go????”

Someone else commented: “Wow yeah her lips stick out further than her nose from this side profile view.”

Kim has faced plenty of plastic surgery rumors about her changing face and body over the years.

She admitted to getting Botox during an interview with Allure last summer.

When asked if she’d had any work done, the Hulu star said, “A little bit of Botox,” pointing to the space between her eyebrows.

Kim added that she has “chilled actually.”

The Skims founder then insisted she has never had lip or cheek fillers, saying: “No filler. Never filled either one, ever.

“I have a drop of mascara on today. I’ve never filled my cheeks. I’ve never filled my lips.”

EYE SEE IT

Last month, Kim sparked concern with her seemingly wonky eye, which fans claimed was caused by too much Botox.

She revealed her smaller-looking left eye while attending the Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards.

The Skims founder went for a different hairdo, scraping her dark hair up into a messy bun with her bangs falling over her face.

Her fans speculated on Reddit that she was trying to hide her eye with her bangs.

One wrote: “Is there something wrong with her eye? Looks like they were trying to cover it with her hair in her face. I have seen a lot of recent pictures and her eye seems off.”

Another claimed Kim’s eye was a side effect of Botox injections, writing: “Definitely eyelid ptosis from migrating Botox.”
