Disaster struck at Beyoncé’s childhood home on Christmas Day, as the property went up in flames.
Located in Houston’s Third Ward, the two-story house caught fire in the early hours.
Officials responded to calls at around 2am, with shocking images capturing an inferno raging through the building.
Thankfully, though, first responders were able to extinguish the fire in roughly 10 minutes.
As reported by TMZ, a couple now lives there with their two young children, but they evacuated safely and no one was injured.
Constructed in 1946, Beyoncé’s family originally bought the charming brick house back in 1981 and paid $64,000 (£50.4k).

They moved out a few years later, shortly before Beyoncé’s younger sister Solange, now 37, was born, and when Beyoncé was five.
In 2018, the house went on the market for $500,000 (£352k) and fans were able to take a glimpse inside the walls where their favourite star grew up.
The house was last up for sale in 2019 and, in 2022, a buyer also bought the 8,640-square-foot lot next to it for $310,000 (£244k).
It boasts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, airy living spaces, and an office space on the third floor which can be reached via a spiral staircase.
Staying true to her roots Beyoncé, 42, still cherishes her connection to Texas, where Destiny’s Child was formed in 1990 and managed by her father.
She’s shared pics from her trips to her old stomping ground on social media in the past, revisiting her own old neighbourhood in 2016 and, the following year, returning to volunteer to help local families affected by Hurricane Harvey, proving that the songstress still holds Houston close to her heart.

But, of course, the Grammy winner has expanded slightly from her original abode and owns properties all over the shop.
The Halo hitmaker and her husband Jay-Z, 54, reportedly splashed out on a California new mansion just this year, for the staggering price of $200million (£161m).
It was actually the most expensive home ever sold in California, and the second-most expensive property deal in US history.
As well as the sprawling mansion, Bey and Jay – who tied the knot in 2008 – have acquired quite the property portfolio.
They also own opulent homes in Los Angeles, Malibu, the Hamptons, and New York City.
As of 2017, when the A-list couple welcomed twins Sir and Rumi, the Carter family, including 11-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, have been residing in an $88million (£70.8m) mansion in Bel Air.
