Inside the couple’s living arrangement after months traveling the world.

KANYE West and Bianca Censori have been residing in a $12k-a-month rental in West Hollywood after months of living out of suitcases in the likes of Italy and Miami.

The U.S. Sun can confirm Kanye, who posted new photographs of scantily clad Bianca on Instagram on Tuesday, took the snaps at their small Los Angeles abode.

While some units are around $20,000 a month, it has since been clarified Kanye and Bianca are staying in a smaller apartment in the complex.

Their home is just 1,820 sqft and has one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms.

But despite being small, it’s still an architect lover’s dream, according to online listings, with the rent estimated to be around $6,600.

Although it was last listed for close to $12,000 back in 2021.

A source told The U.S. Sun: “They have had this spot since earlier last year before they went traveling and have the kids there sometimes.

“It’s simple but luxurious and they class it as their main residence in LA at the moment.”

Kanye decided to ditch plans to spend Christmas in Italy after his album release was delayed and jetted back to Los Angeles to spend time with his children with his ex, Kim Kardashian.

The former couple, who divorced in November 2022, share kids; North, now 10, Saint, eight, Chicago, five, and, Psalm, four.

Kim previously revealed in an episode of The Kardashians on Hulu that North prefers her dad’s small apartment to their multi-million-dollar Bel Air mansion.

NO SECURITY

“North, she’ll go to her dad’s, she’ll be like, ‘Dad is the best. He has it all figured out. He doesn’t have a nanny. He doesn’t have a chef. He doesn’t have security. He lives in an apartment,'” Kim told her sister Kourtney.

“And she’ll start crying, ‘Why don’t you have an apartment? I can’t believe we don’t have an apartment.'”

He recently put his Malibu beach house on the market for $53 million after completely gutting the place, and many of his other properties have been left to rot.

Kanye was last pictured with three of his children, North, Saint, and Psalm, along wife Bianca on Christmas Day as they went to a Lakers game in Los Angeles.

The star’s carefully-designed home does have a 24-hour concierge and valet, along with a private cinema, a heated pool, a rooftop cafe, and a bar and lounge area.

Kanye and Bianca’s cozy home also has a private den which can be used as a library and a big closet.

Although Kanye is believed to not have a chef at the moment, staff at the building are on hand to provide a full menu and drinks service.

It appears the pair have been doing their own photoshoot at the apartment, with Kanye posting publicly on Instagram for the first time in months.

In one photo, his Australian wife is seen in a fur bra, black bandana, and matching tiny thong panties with stockings and high heels, captioned: “No pants this year.”

Another picture shows her almost falling out of a tight black corset, with Kanye writing: “Dropped sumn?” as she is seen gazing down at the floor.

Giving a sneak peek at their living quarters, the snaps show a stunning marble bathroom with a Dior book on a nearby shelf.

Huge fur coats are seen lying on the floor, while a row of high heels is pictured against a wall.

His “Yeezy HQ,” a 7,400-square-foot showroom he quietly bought back in March 2023 for more than $6 million, is just minutes away from the fancy complex.

Kanye ruffled feathers with his recent anti-Semitic rant in the lead-up to his album release and later issued an apology.

His record was pushed back after he struggled to get some of the songs signed off by collaborators including Nicki Minaj.

Vultures, a collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign, which features crass lyrics about Jewish women, is now set to drop on January 12.
