The initial idea of the series was set to focus on Matt Murdock as a lawyer more than his alter ego. Amidst the Writers’ Strike, the series was put on hold. However, afterward, there seemed to be a change in the trajectory of the show, and an entirely different angle was considered. Chris Ord and Matt Corman, the writers of the show previously, parted ways with it. Fortunately, the legacy of Daredevil seems to be in good hands following the addition of Dario Scardapane of The Punisher.
