JOE Flacco intimidated defenses for years with his passing ability, and now he’s looking to return to the NFL as several teams deal with injuries.

The 38-year-old former Super Bowl MVP with the Baltimore Ravens last played in the NFL in 2022 and is aiming for a comeback after recently working out with an AFC team.

The Cleveland Browns are reportedly looking for a replacement at QB after their star signal caller, Deshaun Watson, suffered a season-ending shoulder injury.

On Friday, the NFL’s Ian Rapoport reported that the Browns hosted workouts for quarterbacks, and Flacco was in attendance.

It’s unclear what the Browns’ plans are, but the AP reported Flacco was the “only QB being worked out Friday at the team’s facility.”

Flacco has played 15 seasons in the NFL while suiting up for three franchises and started four games for the New York Jets last season.

The New Jersey-born playmaker was a standout high school player growing up and attended the University of Pittsburgh before transferring to Deleware.

The Ravens selected Flacco in the first round of the 2008 NFL draft.

In 183 total games played, Flacco has thrown 42,320 yards and 232 touchdowns in his career.

He led the Ravens to a Super Bowl victory in 2013 while being named Super Bowl MVP.

However, Flacco has struggled since leaving the Ravens in 2018, producing a record of 3-14 as a member of the Denver Broncos and Jets.

Flacco has earned over $175million in his career.

The Browns are 6-3 and would qualify for the NFL playoffs if the regular season ended today.

Cleveland is set to start rookie Dorian Thompson-Robinson on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

With the news of Cincinnati Bengals star QB Joe Burrow sustaining a season-ending injury, the AFC North only has two remaining healthy QBs —Steelers QB Keeny Pickett and Ravens QB Lamar Jackson.
