After 42 days, Taylor Swift‘s reign as the NFL’s X (formerly Twitter) header has come to an end.

The pop star was replaced by Vikings quarterback Joshua Dobbs on Sunday night following his incredible showing in Minnesota‘s 27-19 win over the Saints.

A collage of Swift’s different reactions during the Chiefs vs. Jets game on October 1 became the NFL’s X header shortly after the broadcast. The league also changed their bio to ‘we had the best day with you today,’ a lyric from Swift’s song ‘The Best Day’.

On Sunday, the header was set to a picture of Dobbs sitting on the bench and drinking out of a Gatorade cup during Sunday’s win. The bio went from Swift’s words to ‘in Dobbs we trust.’

Sunday was Dobbs’ second game with Minnesota after getting traded by the Arizona Cardinals. Earlier this year, Dobbs was a practice player for the Cleveland Browns.

Dobbs tallied 312 offensive yards and two touchdowns against the Saints.

In doing so, Dobbs became the second player in NFL history to have 400 passing yards and 100 rushing yards with no interceptions in his first two games with a team.

On November 5, Dobbs led the Minnesota to a 31-28 win over the Falcons in his Vikings debut.

Fans on social media were collectively happy about the NFL replacing Swift with one of their rising stars.

‘Okay now this is a move I can get behind,’ one fan said. ‘A true gamer not just a grab to bring in fans.’

‘I guess we are getting a Vikings/Chiefs Super Bowl,’ another added.

Swift’s romance with Chiefs star Travis Kelce is dominating the headlines at the moment and her shout-out for the tight end in Buenos Aires on Saturday night sent interest in Chiefs tickets soaring over the weekend.

Meanwhile Dobbs, a clear fan favorite, entered the NFL in 2017 after getting drafted by the Steelers out of Tennessee. He has since played for the Jaguars, Browns, and Titans before ending up with the Cardinals and finding a home with the Vikings.

Dobbs and the Vikings will look to pick up where they left off when they face the Broncos on November 19.
