Antetokounmpo, 28, missed the first freebie with the Bucks leading 34-32 about three minutes into the second quarter.

Tucker then turned back and yelled: “F**ing ball don’t lie!”

NBA icon Rasheed Wallace made Ball Don’t Lie his signature catchphrase in his playing days, using it to express his displeasure with the officiating.

After a foul call he disagreed with, Wallace would shout it out when an opponent missed a free throw as a way of saying that justice had been served.

But NBA fans pointed out that Antetokounmpo’s miss hardly made for “ball don’t lie!” moment since the Bucks star is a below-average free-throw shooter and his miss was to be expected.

And they mocked the Sixers forward for misunderstanding the phrase.

“PJ Tucker saying ball don’t lie for a Giannis FT, I don’t think it’s ever told the truth for him,” one wrote.

“PJ baby… this is a normal occurrence for him,” another added.

PJ Tucker funny talking about Ball Don’t Lie… Giannis been hitting the rim hard af on free throws,” a third said.

Antetokounmpo missed the second freebie shortly after Tucker’s rant.

The Greek Freak entered the clash shooting 70.8% from the charity stripe.

His conversion rate further regressed over the past four years.

Antetokounmpo has been making just 67.2% of his free throw attempts since the start of the 2019-20 NBA season.

Milwaukee beat Philadelphia 118-117 on Thursday after a stunning Bucks debut of Damian Lillard.

Lillard ended the night with 39 points, eight rebounds, and four assists while Antetokounmpo added 23 points, 13 rebounds, three assists, two steals, and two blocks.
