Kourtney struggled with a difficult pregnancy journey and appears to be keeping her son’s health a priority

KOURTNEY Kardashian has been reportedly keeping a strict ‘invite-only’ rule for anyone coming to visit her baby boy, The U.S. Sun has exclusively learned.

According to an insider, even Kourtney’s sister Kim, 43, “still hasn’t met” her new nephew.

The source exclusively told The U.S. Sun: “Kourtney is going to be introducing the new baby to her family on an ‘invite-only’ basis.

“[Kourtney] and Travis have communicated that they will be taking ‘family only’ time for the newly blended family and for Kourt to rest, and then they will be inviting the extended family over on an individual basis,” the insider explained.

Kourtney, 44, shares her three children Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, with her ex Scott Disick, 40.

Travis, 47, was previously married to Shanna Moakler, 48, and together they share two children, Alabama, 17, and Landon, 20.

The source continued: “So now everyone’s talking about where Kim will be on the list.

“Obviously, Kris will be first – but who is going to get the second invite?

“Kourtney has said it’s a germs thing – to protect the baby and not expose him to any risk – but it’s, like, part of her new strategy to keep everyone at arm’s length,” the insider claimed.

Kourtney finally returned home this week after an extended stay at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

Earlier this week, she was spotted leaving the hospital where she gave birth to her son, Rocky.

Kourtney was seen leaving the hospital on Tuesday in photos obtained by TMZ.

The reality star was seated in the passenger seat of her husband Travis’s vehicle while he drove them home from the hospital.

There was no clear shot of Kourtney’s son and she appeared solemn as they whisked down the road.

Kourtney entered the hospital on October 30.

In other photos previously released by TMZ, the new parents looked exhausted and stoic as they got into a large black SUV.

The Blink-182 drummer was in the driver’s seat while the Hulu personality sat shotgun.

Their son wasn’t in sight due to the tinted windows, so it’s unclear if he was in the backseat.

Kourtney and Travis haven’t officially announced the birth of their baby.

However, a source close to the television star told Us Weekly that the famous couple “are both elated.”

They continued: “They have a beautiful baby boy.”

Another insider spoke to PEOPLE about how Kourtney was “over the moon about her son’s arrival.

“Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end.”

The source said: “She is happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now.

“She feels so blessed.”

Kourtney’s pregnancy wasn’t easy.

At the beginning of September, Kourtney revealed she was rushed to the hospital.

In an emotional black-and-white snapshot, the star showed her hand, which had a tube sticking out of her skin while holding Travis’ hand.

In the caption, Kourtney wrote: “I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life.

“I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterward, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.”

She continued: “As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery.

“I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.”

She concluded: “I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.

“Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.”
