KOURTNEY Kardashian fans have shared their concerns for her three children after they spotted a worrying pattern in the mega-famous family’s reality show.

The Lemme founder recently welcomed her fourth child, Rocky, with her husband, Travis Barker, 47.

Kourtney, 44, also has three other children from her previous relationship with Scott Disick, 40: Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, eight.

One eagle-eyed fan posed a question on a popular Kardashians internet forum this week asking: “Am I the only one who can’t see some of the family members interacting with their nieces/nephews?

“I was SHOCKT seeing Kylie and North in a video together. I also can’t see Stormi and Kim.”

While others shared their thoughts, one fan posed another concern: “I honestly don’t see Kourtney with any kids, and barely even her own.”

Another said: “They dont spend time even with their own kids.”

Kourtney’s eldest son, Mason, prefers to stay out of the spotlight.

Meanwhile, Penelope was recently spotted having a meal with some members of the Kardashian family including Kim, 43, Kris, 67, Khloe, 39, and Kylie, 26, on their Hulu series, The Kardashians.

Kourtney’s now second youngest, Reign, has also been spotted on the show.

After the news of the birth of Kourtney’s son broke, the TV star was seen for the first time days later while leaving Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

On Tuesday, November 7, she was spotted sitting in the back of a large SUV with her beau, Travis, in the driver’s seat in photos obtained by TMZ.

Although there was no clear shot of the TV personality’s new bundle of joy, she could be seen looking solemn as they whisked down the road.

Kourtney was finally discharged on Tuesday, over a week after she entered the facility on October 30.

‘ELATED!’

Kourtney has been happily cuddling her baby after dealing with her scary high-risk pregnancy.

An insider close to the television star told Us Weekly that the famous couple “are both elated.”

They continued: “They have a beautiful baby boy.”

Another insider spoke to People about how Kourtney was “over the moon about her son’s arrival.

“Her pregnancy took a stressful turn towards the end.”

The source said: “She is happy to just be able to snuggle her baby boy now.

“She feels so blessed.”

At the beginning of September, Kourtney revealed that she was rushed to the hospital.

SCARY SITUATION

In an emotional black-and-white snapshot, the star showed her hand, which had a tube sticking out of her skin while holding Travis’ hand.

In the caption, Kourtney wrote: “I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life.

“I am eternally grateful to my husband who rushed to my side from tour to be with me in the hospital and take care of me afterward, my rock. And to my mom, thank you for holding my hand through this.”

She continued: “As someone who has had three really easy pregnancies in the past, I wasn’t prepared for the fear of rushing into urgent fetal surgery.

“I don’t think anyone who hasn’t been through a similar situation can begin to understand that feeling of fear.”

She concluded: “I have a whole new understanding and respect for the mamas who have had to fight for their babies while pregnant.

“Praise be to God. Walking out of the hospital with my baby boy in my tummy and safe was the truest blessing.”
