The NFL veteran safety has a history of unleashing brutal hits on opposing offensive players.

DENVER Broncos star Kareem Jackson took aim at the NFL after being suspended for four games after his brutal hit on Minnesota Vikings quarterback Joshua Dobbs.

The 35-year-old safety posted a recent viral clip of NFL icon Tom Brady to take a swipe at the league.

In Week 7 of the season, Jackson was suspended four games due to a hit on Green Bay Packers tight end Luke Musgrave.

The suspension was reduced to two games after he appealed.

Jackson returned in Week 11 and had an illegal hit on Dobbs on the very first play.

On Monday, the NFL issued the 13-year veteran a four-game suspension.

The following day, Jackson took to X, formerly Twitter, and reposted a clip of Brady blasting the NFL while appearing on The Stephen A. Smith Show.

He said that the current state of the NFL has plenty of “mediocrity.”

Jackson showed a clip of Brady calling out the NFL’s officiating and saying that the rules have caused defensive players to be flagged for making plays against offensive players who don’t protect themselves.

“I look at a lot of players like Ray Lewis and Rodney Harrison and Ronnie Lott and guys that impacted the game in a certain way and every hit they would have made would have been a penalty,” Brady told Stephen A.

He continued: “You hear coaches complaining about their own player being tackled and … why don’t they talk to their player about how to protect himself?”

“We used to work on the fundamentals of those things all the time.

“Now they’re trying to be regulated all the time.”

“Offensive players need to protect themselves.”

Jackson is set to miss the next four games against the Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans, Los Angeles Chargers, and Detroit Lions.

He appealed the NFL’s suspension and the league’s response has yet to be revealed.

If Jackson’s appeal is unsuccessful, he’ll be eligible to return against the New England Patriots in Week 15.

Denver has a four-game winning streak after starting the season 1-5.
