Britney Spears has had quite a plethora of iconic songs to her name. Another singer who rose to the same stardom is Taylor Swift. In a recent post, Spears talked about how she met Swift for the first time and the story is too wholesome not to share.

Talking about the tale, Britney Spears wrote about how when Taylor Swift wasn’t famous, she met Spears in a backstage room. When Taylor Swift requested to sing for her, Spears gladly obliged and then complimented the singer for her skills!

Taylor Swift has been a pop culture sensation ever since she found fame. With several albums to her name, Swift’s fans (or Swifties as they prefer) have created an army for the singer with billions tuning in to listen.

But it wasn’t always the case. Before she found fame, the singer met Britney Spears once before her concert. Taking to Instagram (via Today), Spears recounted her experience of meeting Swift for the first time and how she became “the most iconic pop woman of our generation”.
“This is way back when but kinda cool. During my Oops Tour, I got a knock at my door. My good friend at the time was the assistant to my manager who was trying to become a manager himself. There was a knock, and then he said, ‘I have a girl named Taylor who wants to come in and sing for you.’ I was like of course !!!”
Britney Spears further continued,
“I was like wow wow she’s unbelievable !!! We took a picture, and she then became the most iconic pop woman of our generation. Kinda cool she plays stadiums, and I prefer her videos over movies any day,”
With her iconic songs and albums on the way, it seems that Taylor Swift could also very soon join the Marvel Cinematic Universe by starring in Deadpool 3!

Since Swift is already making music videos and songs, there have been rumors all around the internet that the singer will pretty soon join the Marvel Cinematic Universe. With reports of Swift joining the MCU, Ryan Reynolds told the Vancouver Sun that he had indeed heard these rumors.
“Yeah, I’ve heard that one. I love it (the gossip). I think it is a sign of how eager people are to get a peek behind the curtain in this world. Every single one of these secrets and spoilers will be revealed on July 26.”
Deadpool 3 is slated for a release date of 26th July 2024 in theaters across the world.
