The Spurs-Grizzlies matchup was one many NBA fans had circled on their calendar because of the young superstars matching up in the game.

Morant got to line up against Victor Wembanyama and their battle did not disappoint.

In the fourth quarter of the game, the Grizzlies led the Spurs 86-70 when Morant saw a chance to put his stamp on the game.

He dribbled the ball down the court and into the paint before making a nasty move on Wembanyama.

Then, Morant got bold and did the unthinkable. He dunked on the 7-foot-4 No. 1 pick with ease.

The stadium erupted after the insane play and NBA fans instantly took to Twitter to debate the play.

“IT HAPPENED. JA MORANT DUNKED ON WEMBY,” one fan said.

“That’s a very generous description of what happened,” another fan responded to the excited post.

“Dont care what nobody says, considering the size difference, He def dunked on Wemby,” another fan said.

The Grizzlies went on to win the game 106-98 thanks to a 26-point performance from Morant.

It was his seventh game back this year, but Morant looks to have revived the Memphis offense.

The team was 7-19 before he returned and are on a 4-3 run ever since.

Morant is also posting some of the best numbers of his career, averaging 25.3 points, 5.0 rebounds, and 8.1 assists per game.

Despite getting dunked on, Wembanyama is also enjoying a strong campaign in his rookie year.

He is averaging 18.9 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 2.9 assists per game.
