Dolly is probably the first warthog influencer and lives happily in South Africa with Alison Botha (the wildlife tour guide of Vlakvark Fling). But before she was rescued by Alison, Dolly had a tragic start to life…

One day in November 2020, Alison heard several rifle shots. Then, a few hours later, the wife of one of her staff turned up with two baby warthogs she found. They then found out a neighbor had shot and killed the mother. They searched for the third piglet, but had no luck. They named the two Molly and Dolly. Molly was already injured and sadly died the next day.

Dolly got lucky, and now had Alison and her other farm animals as family. She especially got along with Jaco the Chihuahua, who helped care for her as a baby.

Fast forward to 2023, and Dolly is all grown up, along with a growing social media following! Here she is happy dancing to celebrate:

Dolly naturally has major Pumba energy.

She has lots of nice friends on the farm that she enjoys playing sports with.

As a warthogfluencer, she often posts beauty and makeup tutorials.

She just loves a splash of color to her looks.

As the world’s premier warthogfluencer, she’s even posted some home renovation content! The popular post below already has over half a million views.

And you can bet this warthogfluencer is posting plenty of foodie content for her fans.

Here she is chowing down on a fun party mix for her birthday.
