Since the release of the HBO series, Euphoria, starring Zendaya at its forefront, the show has garnered colossal success throughout its two seasons and is set to return for a third. And even though there have been some criticisms regarding the series, almost everyone seems to agree that Zendaya was undoubtedly the best aspect of the HBO series.
The Marvel actress has also garnered two Emmy wins for her portrayal of Rue Bennett, becoming the youngest actress to achieve the feat. And following her success, it seems that the actress will be receiving a hefty amount for reprising her role for the third season.

Zendaya enters the elite club of actors through her recent deal with HBO
With Zendaya set to return for a new season of the critically acclaimed show, which is reportedly beginning its filming in late 2023, Zendaya has reportedly renegotiated a huge deal for the third installment in the series. According to Puck’s Matthew Belloni, the Marvel actress is set to receive a whopping $1 million for each episode of the upcoming season. Belloni stated,
“I’m told Zendaya just closed a big re-negotiation on HBO’s ‘Euphoria’ that likely puts her close to that club.”
The club that Belloni is referring to is the elite list of actors, who previously achieved the feat of receiving a seven-figure deal for a single episode, including Kevin Costner, John Krasinski, Michael Keaton, Harrison Ford, and Helen Mirren.
Rue Bennett from Euphoria
Zendaya might soon surpass Tom Holland in terms of earning the biggest paycheck
Both Zendaya and Tom Holland, who are currently in a relationship with each other, have been some of the biggest talents in the industry. With both of them garnering abundant appreciation by starring in many critically acclaimed projects, it appears that the Euphoria actress’ recent deal with HBO might overshadow her boyfriend’s earnings.
Tom Holland has been banking a colossal amount of money through his portrayal of Marvel’s biggest hero and reportedly garnered a healthy amount of $10 million for his appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home. But considering the Euphoria actress’ colossal deal with HBO, it isn’t far-fetched to assume that the actress may surpass her boyfriend’s earnings in the foreseeable future.
Zendaya and Tom Holland
Considering Euphoria’s actress’ historic Emmy wins for the show and her inclusion in the MCU and Dune, the colossal amount for her return in the role of Rue Bennett seems completely justified. And fans will wish that the actress continues her golden run in the industry.
Both seasons of Euphoria are available to stream on HBO Max.
