Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence became the talk of the town when they starred together in the 2016 movie Passengers. With a romantic story set against the backdrop of a journey through space in search of the next home, the movie became a blockbuster.

One of the infamous scenes of the movie was a s*x scene between lead actors Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence. Talking about the moments that led up to the scene, Pratt stated that he felt responsible for making Jennifer Lawrence comfortable and that he had to be in charge of taking care of Lawrence during the shooting of the scene.

Chris Pratt Talked About His S*x Scene With Jennifer Lawrence

Starring in the 2016 movie, the Guardians of the Galaxy star portrayed the role of a passenger who wakes up from his sleep while on a voyage through space. Afraid of being alone, he purposefully wakes up Aurora Lane (played by Jennifer Lawrence) essentially dooming them both to die before reaching their destination.

Chris Pratt had to be in charge while filming the intimate scenes.

Falling in love while journeying through space, Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence had to perform some s*x scenes throughout the 2-hour runtime of the movie. As per Pratt, the scenes were not at all sexy or comfortable and he had to be the one in charge of taking care of Jennifer Lawrence and making her comfortable.
“There’s nothing sexy about it at all. It’s awkward but you know, it’s part of the gig. I feel like the responsibility does fall on…I don’t wanna make generlisations based on gender but I feel the responsibility falls on me”

He further continued,

“I’ve been in that situation a couple times and essentially it’s your job to just minimize the discomfort by you know, making sure there’s nobody else on set than is required. Having a closed set, periodically checking in and just doing everything you can to assure the person you’re with that they’re okay.”
With several roles in iconic movies, Passengers became a memorable one for Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence with the movie receiving a rating of 7/10 on IMDB. Pratt truly acted like a gentleman when it came to the s*x scene and people couldn’t be more obsessed with the actor.

James Gunn’s iconic franchise The Guardians of the Galaxy recently came to a conclusion with the release of the third part. With Gunn leaving the MCU to become the co-head of DC Studios, the director and Chris Pratt sat down and talked about the future of the iconic character of Star-Lord aka Peter Quill.
“Chris and I, forever, have talked about how great it would be to do a Legendary Star-Lord movie, a story with Star-Lord on Earth trying to adapt to the environment of Earth in the same way that somebody else might try to adapt to the alien environment of outer space. He’s a fish out of water in just kind of…regular water. So I can’t wait to see it.”

It is indeed a unique idea that could work just like Marvel’s WandaVision. These are however, talks and ideas at this point and nothing has been confirmed nor nothing has been denied yet.
