“I’m most proud of the — it’s a double thing, triple thing — but it’s the idea of, it’s the idea of sisterhood. The way we kind of broaden the idea of sisterhood in a much deeper way, in a really beautiful, nuanced, warm way.”

Not just Mackey, but her co-star Aimee Lou Wood has also shared that same. Talking about her character, who gets the support of Maeve, Olivia, Ola, Lily, and Vivienne to overcome the anxiety she experienced on the bus, she stated that it has led to her character’s growth in the series.

 

Is Season 4 the Final Season of Sex Education?

Sex Education has been going great for the last three seasons on the streaming giant, making it among some of the most popular shows on Netflix. However, ahead of its release, the creator of the series, Laurie Nunn, has declared that it will be the final season of the show.

“It’s the end as we know it,” she told Tudum. Nunn shared that she wasn’t certain about it being the final season when she started working on it, but soon, she realized that the stories were slowly coming to an end. “I felt happy for them, and I felt like I’ve said everything that I want to say with these characters at this time,” she said. She has also said that the fan-favorite characters will get a proper send-off in the final season.
