Tom Holland has left no stone unturned to make sure his character can impress the viewers. The Psychological thriller The Crowded Room is receiving mixed reactions on the internet. Some people are in awe of the Uncharted actor’s acting skills, while some people are talking about the steamy gay scene in the series. As the British actor is playing the role of a gay teen in the series, he can be seen wearing eye makeup and having s*x with a boy. The 27-year-old actor can be seen physically involved with another man in one of the sequences that is currently viral online.

Netizens are reacting to that scenes and according to many users, this miniseries might mess up, the Spider-man: Homecoming actor’s acting career. One of the netizens questioned if this is a fake scene from the show. Many Zendaya fans are in disbelief that the actor is doing sensual scenes in the series.

When the first episode of the thriller series arrived in June, it garnered a lot of bad reviews. Some people were appreciating Holland’s performance in the show, but some also criticized the actor. While talking about the bad reviews, the Chaos Walking actor said,
“The thing is, I love my job. I love my friends. I’m not worried about what people think. The only thing I really care about is how I feel. And right now, I feel really happy and excited for people to see this show.”  
As his character in The Crowded Room was super intense, Holland recalled how playing the role of Danny affected him in his real life. While talking about the character, the actor said,

“I was seeing myself in the character, but in my personal life. I remember having a bit of a meltdown at home and thinking, like, ‘I’m going to shave my head. I need to shave my head because I need to get rid of this character.’ And, obviously, we were mid-shooting, so I decided not to… It was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.” 
 

More than any other episode, the eighth one from the series is trending online. The actor’s bold decision to choose this type of part is being praised by many critics and viewers.
