KANYE West has made two secret property deals in Los Angeles this year, purchasing his Yeezy headquarters for $6.7 million and a $1.5 million church building, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.

The controversial rapper has spent months traveling the world with his Australian wife, Bianca Censori, but he’s proved his roots are still in California.

Earlier this year, the star set his sights on a 7,416-square-foot commercial building on Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood, which was said to be a multi-purpose unit for his fashion and music businesses.

But it has barely been used and was recently seen covered in graffiti while Ye was off recording his new album in Saudi Arabia.

Now, The U.S. Sun can disclose that the 46-year-old purchased the warehouse in March and has no plans to let go of the space.

The deal was done through Oxpaha LLC, a Delaware firm incorporated the same month, according to deed documents.

The address for the LLC is the same as the headquarters for the business giants CSC in Wilmington, whose clients include Apple, Amazon, and Starbucks.

Bianca, who was previously named special power of attorney for a separate property deal, is listed as the point of contact for the firm.

Kanye set up a similar company – Ox Paha Inc – in October when he trademarked the word: “Yews,” under some classifications from cosmetics to clothing.

Previously, the property was owned by a corporation linked to Philip Klaparda, partner at the exclusive realtor Dembo Realty, which leases exclusive commercial property in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Santa Monica.

And it’s not the only sneaky property move that Kanye’s completed this year, as he also snapped up a church building in Northridge in LA’s San Fernando Valley, from Cornerstone Christian Church – despite a huge local protest.

CHURCH PROPERTY

He was reportedly intending to set up Donda’s Academy there, his ill-fated Christian school which has previously been hit with two lawsuits accusing him of bizarre practices by former employees.

Kanye allegedly provided only sushi for lunch, and did not let the students have classes on the second floor because he was afraid of stairs.

A lawyer for Ye, Gregory Suhr, has denied allegations made by ex-teachers, saying depictions of Donda Academy as a dystopian institution designed to satisfy Ye’s idiosyncrasies were false.

It was previously reported that 12,000 people signed a petition pleading for Pastor Ron Nagin to turn him away, as Kanye was interested in leasing space at the church after attending services at the place of worship.

While a Church source claimed that there was no way it would ever sell to Kanye after his anti-semitic rants, they’d already quietly sold him property on its estate, just yards from the main church, on 30 January 2023 to The Blue Spruce Trust, whose trustee is Ye.

The insider was adamant that they wouldn’t deal with Kanye, saying: “No, not now, we haven’t heard from him. And because of anti-Semitism, people were very upset about the idea.”

This was after a petition was launched by a group called Faithful America, which bills itself as the largest online community of grassroots Christians acting for social justice.

A letter to the pastor read: “As your fellow Christians, we strongly object to the possibility of Cornerstone Church renting space to Ye (Kanye West).

“There is no room in God’s house for hatred. Allowing Ye’s Donda Academy to operate out of a place of worship would give it and him credibility that at this point they do not deserve.”

The U.S. Sun has reached out to Cornerstone Christian Church for comment but did not hear back.

Despite the purchase, it is believed the school is still operating at its previous San Fernando address.

NEW ALBUM

Yet, in another twist, the school’s official address has changed to the Yeezy HQ on Melrose Avenue, according to California business records.

In reality, it’s hard to imagine any school setting up base there, especially in its current state.

Homeless tents have been set up outside the space, and sources say it is full of unfinished wooden structures as construction work was halted inside.

In recent weeks, only a few workers have been seen coming and going from the property as they transported items, while it’s said some also work at the site on sewing machines.

Meanwhile, Kanye is attempting to make a huge music comeback after playing new material in Miami to close out Art Basel this weekend.

He popped up at smaller venues including a brunch to debut tracks from Vultures, with Ty Dolla $ign, and even popped up on stage with his collaborator at LIV nightclub in Miami.

Ye’s wife Bianca, was by the rapper’s side on his recent trip to Miami, after rumors surfaced that the married couple were on a break.

Kanye has a surprising amount of support for the new record, with the first track already featured on Spotify and Apple Music, despite controversial lyrics.

He raps on Vultures: “How I’m anti-Semitic? I just f***ed a Jewish b***h,” which has caused a stir on social media following his previous comments about the Jewish community.
